Abstract : This research is interested in the most important service in the community, a health services, the Government of Saudi Arabia focused on expansion in the service of the entire population of an acceptable overall satisfaction with the service level. So we shall know underserved area for those hospitals to achieve proportionality between the operational capabilities and size Served society. The goal of this research to identify outpatient services for each of the King Fahd General Hospital and the King Abdul Aziz University Hospital in Jeddah, in terms of identifying some of the social characteristics and economic spatial, and to find the relationship between the state of satisfaction and spatial area served, and detection main expulsion and attractions, and to identify the aspects that have the largest share of satisfaction or lack of it, and determine the actual service range for each hospital .To achieve these objectives Use the search descriptive and analytical approach by focusing on the way the survey, and the syllogism way, and the way the comparison adversity, and some statistical techniques, and the use of questionnaire to collect data. Among the most important search homogeneity of the social and economic characteristics and spatial auditors results, and the lack of a clear relationship between the state of satisfaction and place of residence of the patients, and the most important Attractions for hospitals is the multiplicity of medical specialties, and the most important push factors is overcrowding and long waiting periods. The proportion of the overall satisfaction of the auditors King Fahd Hospital, as was (66%), while the level of satisfaction at the King Abdul Aziz University Hospital was (81%), finally, the most important recommendations of the research need to subordinate service ranges specified in the search for statistical studies was able to guide the efforts commensurate with Area served.
