Abstract : The purpose of the study is to determine the differences in the personality traits among delinquents and non-delinquent female students. The study dealt with two groups for Saudi high school Female students; the first group is 39 delinquent students. The second group is 39 non delinquent students. The researcher used two devices. The devices are: 1- (E P I) Test prepared by “Eysenck” and modified by jabber Abdolhameed & Mohamed Fakeralieslam 1973. 2- Self - Concept Test, prepared by “Mahmowd Mansse 1986. The results showed that there is a significant difference among delinquents and non-delinquent students in Introversion, Neuroticism, and negative Self – Concept. This difference is in favor of the delinquents students. This means that the delinquent students have more Anxiety and have less emotional balancing. They prefer Loneliness and Isolation. The delinquent students suffer from mal family and social adjustment. They have negative Self – Concept. While the non-delinquents students have more emotional balancing and have less Anxiety. They prefer to associate with people and to stay away from Loneliness. The non-delinquent students showed good Family and social adjustment. They have positive Self – Concept.
