Abstract : Acquire the technical preparation of the documents of great importance because it helps to create indexes and directories and databases based on modern technologies that will inform the beneficiaries of the contents of the documents and facilitate their access. In system King Abdul Aziz University psychology department began in his quest for the adoption of institutional and academic to the use of computer technology in the archival system is configured to save paper documents (psychological tests, both mental and personal, and case study models) electronically and browse archived automatically. So designed a program to management coefficient psychology department and what they contain of equipment and instruments through several projects in the plan flexible medium term; as they are kept testing and standards and paper forms in the form of documents and electronic files helps to save space used to save the leaves and reduces the paper used , turning manual and paper-based tasks into electronic functions with quality assurance and continuous assessment. And this cares computerized system all work provided by the lab for students to borrow and search and browse electronic application system, which becomes for each tool or device or test its own number, serves as a link which defines and demonstrates his whereabouts. The program accomplishes this cooperation of all affiliates of the Department of Psychology, and Deanship of Information Technology and Information Science Department
