Abstract : The present study aims to identify the amount of check: administrative needs of Academies of Saudi women in the field of library and information of (power and leadership, decision-making, freedom of opinion); needs teaching and research of (use of services, information sources, and databases, and reference sites on the network Internet, and dissemination methods, and the search engines and shared files, and utilities on the teaching and research); as well as professional needs in the community of libraries and information, by identifying the amount Slukiathen followed in use, and the degree of job satisfaction have when you achieve those needs; since they entity intangible difficult measured. The problem of the study is based on a Muslim mission in beneficiaries studies indicating the existence of a positive correlation between the level of performance of the administrative system and informational at the university, and private vocational Libraries and Information Society and all of the degree of satisfaction and the degree of use (behavior) of Saudi academies. The study is based on the use of survey method to obtain information needed for research of faculty members Saudi majoring in (Libraries and Information) in Saudi universities, through the design questionnaire in three parts, using curriculum ranks in the questions, was also used analytical approach and comparative statistical tests; to identify relationships and behavior compared to the size and degree of job satisfaction to determine the extent of deficiencies in achieving those needs to the study population. As a result of the study that the academies of Saudi women in the field of library and information Azarn Mpadoh and behavior positively modest ie between (sometimes, rarely) to power and leadership to achieve their needs administrative, due to lower proportion of job satisfaction have in achieving those needs; since it became clear that the behavior of the office of a leading department or accept site leading to the college or university level is wobbling because of the high percentage of non-job satisfaction in all of them, and because the majority of the population of the study do not participate in decision-making at all. The highest average behavior in needs teaching and research has appeared at each of the "sources" and "databases" and "utilities", while the lowest average satisfaction when "dissemination methods" and "services. And resulted from the study also that the average behavior in professional needs higher satisfaction, and is located between (always and sometimes). also that the highest percentage behavior (always) needs professional when "training on the development of IT skills in the area of specialization of the faculty," and it is clear that the lowest percentage of the level of behavior (never) When all of the "existence Website on Page University Internet reflects aspects of development department and contains links to professional associations and conferences around the world," and "include research published extracts LISA or ISA", and that the lowest levels of satisfaction (never) to "the existence of an information network interactive between professional associations and Arab specialists in the profession "and" the role of Saudi Arabia in the Library Association to develop academies in professional terms, "and also to" contribute to the planning of the central libraries in universities.
