Abstract : This research was conducted to determine the therapeutic efficacy of urine and camel milk in reducing Histopathological changes in the cortex of kidney male rats poisoned by carbon tetrachioride, to manifest the scientific miracles in sunnah. To achieve the objectives of the research animals were divided into four groups, First group; Rats were treated with pure water, and kept as control. Second group; Rats were treated with 0, 1 mI/kg of CCL4 (every other day) for one week. Third group; Rats were treated with 0, 1 mllkg of CCL4 (every other day) for one week and were then treated with 0, I mi/kg of Doxorubicin injected every (21) days for three months. Fourth group; Rats were treated with 0, 1 mI/kg of CCL4 (every other day) for one week and were then given I mi/kg of camel’s urine and milk orally for three month daily. It has been observed in third group for this study retain most glomerulus>s size and composition of semi-natural and disappearance of the congestion, in addition to urinary retention proximal, distal tubules form semi-natural edge in of regularity of the internal lumen tubules in the cortex of kidney animals of fourth group compared to the previous groups. While still showing cortex kidney animals the second and third group Histopathological changes. It follows from this study that urine camel and milk possessing highly effective against pathogens.
