And a quick look at the proportion of faculty members Saudis in technical colleges note that they represent 19% of PhD holders and 58% of the campaign Masters and 63% of the campaign, bachelor's and according to the report of the statistical report by the Public Institution for Technical Education and Vocational Training in 1415 e And This study provides a proposal for the rehabilitation proposal for the rehabilitation of faculty members in technical colleges where Fulbright grants rehabilitation of the proposed follow-up to valedictorian while studying for the stage diploma followed by joining in colleges medium-tech assistant teacher, and scholarship to the College of Technology in Riyadh to obtain a bachelor's degree, followed by work in the College of teacher to have the opportunity for high achievers to Aavat to obtain my degree Almascster and PhD by the efficiency of the student also recommends that there should be periods of practical training in industrial enterprises within the Kingdom and give rehabilitation proposed importance to the technical side and the necessity of the interaction of faculty with industry both in the areas of research or specialization, The study also discusses the advantage of graduates of Saudi universities and non-technical training for work in technical colleges. Redeemed to the need for raising revenue Almadri in technical colleges to attract scientific talent to ensure their survival and Saudi Arabia also recommended opening the front of Saudi universities to participate in the adjunct faculty visitors, and to use technical expertise to Saudi Arabia to give lessons and lectures in the scientific technical colleges
