Abstract : this is a study examinig the relative importance of the factors used by exeternal auditors when evluation an internal audite fuction the study also examines the consistrncy of external in making evaluations of an internal audite fuction the factors used are based on statemante of audting guideline No.using the work of an internal and study conducted in the united starts of ameroca by brown 1983. the tow factors which the study found to be the most significant were technical competence and due professional care , wich consistent with expectations but is in direct contradication to the resulte of brown .
