Abstract : The present research was performed to study the effect of camels milk and urine on reduction of the toxicity of the antithrombosis drug (clexane) on the rats duodenum. Thirty adult male Rattus norvegieus rats were used for this study. Rats were divided into five groups containing 6 rats was subdivided into two subgroups (A) and (B). The first group was taken as control. The second group was daily subcutaneously injected with enoxaparin sodium equivalent to the human therapeutic dose 0.02 ml/rat for two weeks in subgroup (A) and for four weeks in subgroup (B), while the other three groups were daily subcutaneously injected with 0.02 ml of enoxaparin sodium and orally given 1.0 ml of the following therapies camels milk, camels urine and mixture of camels milk and urine for two weeks in subgroup (A) and for four weeks in subgroup (B). After this period the drug was stopped and the treatments were continues for two weeks in all subgroups (B) only. At the end of the experimental period the duodenum were processed for histological research. The main observed changes after two weeks of treatment of drug were increased goblet cells numbers, hemorrhage and lymphocytes infiltration in submucosa layer. This finding became more intensity after six weeks of treatment. In contrast the animals in groups 3 – 5 found the minimum abnormal histological changes in the duodenum structure, in addition to the mixture of camels milk and urine was more influence than milk or urine alone.
